Alt-folk band Bella Frankie perform original, unhinged Aussie folk yarns of love, flood, country and community on cello, uke, guitar and Autoharp with three part harmonies. Bella Frankie are Michael Turner (Wild Pumpkins at Midnight) on guitar, the sweet vocals, Autoharp and uke of Ajita Cannings and Tash Kraemer on cello (Van Diemen’s Band). They cut folk music with pop, blues, country, rock, all under the namesake of their two black dogs Bella and Frankie.
